La pregunta ahora es: \u00bfQu\u00e9 \u00e1reas de oportunidad o capacidades tiene una persona con demencia ?.\u2026<\/p>\n<p>El graduado de la escuela de dise\u00f1o de Harvard, John Zeisel, fue uno de los primeros investigadores en retomar las capacidades restantes en la demencia como el Alzheimer. Zeisel remarc\u00f3 las siguientes \u00e1reas de oportunidad (2006):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Quedarse en el presente<\/li>\n<li>Recuerdos del coraz\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Se mantienen los sentimientos y las emociones<\/li>\n<li>Se mantienen los sentidos del olfato, tacto, vista y o\u00eddo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Disfrutar los momentos mas sencillos y simples de la vida con una persona con demencia puede ocurrir, pero ojo con los atardeceres puesto que a algunas personas con cierto tipo de demencia les perturban.
