Es una teor\u00eda que integra dos ideas espec\u00edficas: Una es que el envejecimiento biol\u00f3gico no es resultado de del da\u00f1o molecular oxidativo y otra es que sus causas tienen que ver con el hiperfuncionamiento que conduce a un amplio espectro de patolog\u00edas al final de la vida\u00a0(Dulcey-Ruiz, 2015:168).<\/p>\n<p>Indicadores moleculares del envejecimiento: Hay al menos 9 indicadores comunes del envejecimiento biol\u00f3gico en los mam\u00edferos.
