O quiz\u00e1 solo el sentirse acompa\u00f1ado o acompa\u00f1ada nos hace comer mejor.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de este problema o situaci\u00f3n, el hecho de que muchos mayores no tiene mucho $$ los hace querer economizar a la hora de la comida, es por ello que les traemos algunas ideas para desayunar algo saludable, rico y barato.
