{"id":3258,"date":"2013-09-22T10:00:26","date_gmt":"2013-09-22T15:00:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mayoresdehoy.com\/?p=3258"},"modified":"2013-09-22T10:00:26","modified_gmt":"2013-09-22T15:00:26","slug":"los-pensamientos-de-una-mujer-mayor-de-hoy-gabriella-lampugnani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mayoresdehoy.lat\/index.php\/2013\/09\/22\/los-pensamientos-de-una-mujer-mayor-de-hoy-gabriella-lampugnani\/","title":{"rendered":"Los pensamientos de una mujer mayor de hoy: Gabriella Lampugnani"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Gabriella Lampugnani es una mujer mayor de hoy, quien est\u00e1 en contacto con nosotros a trav\u00e9s del facebook, nos env\u00edo estos pensamientos relacionados con los mayores de hoy y queremos compartirlos con ustedes:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3283\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3283\" style=\"width: 519px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3283\" alt=\"Gabriella Lampugnani \" src=\"http:\/\/mayoresdehoy.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/09\/027.jpg\" width=\"519\" height=\"389\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3283\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Gabriella Lampugnani<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<blockquote><p>Buenas noches, me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n la p\u00e1gina de ustedes, MAYORES DE HOY&#8230;&#8230;.<br \/>\nQue bueno&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; creo que es bella y adecuada para gente de mucha experiencia vivida y acumulada.<br \/>\nSe que hay \u00a0muchas personas de nuestra edad, que generalmente no saben como asumir esos a\u00f1os que llegaron,\u00a0a pesar de no poder hacer nada para que eso suceda y eso las deprime.<br \/>\nEso lo he vivido mucho a lo largo de tantos a\u00f1os dedicada a la est\u00e9tica, lo he visto tanto en hombres como mujeres,\u00a0la eterna busqueda del tratamiento adecuado para retrazar el envejecimiento y eso se ha prestado mucho para\u00a0que la est\u00e9tica, a pesar de haber adelantado mucho en tantas cosas, ha hecho que para muchas personas,<br \/>\nse convirtiera en la \u00a0peor pesadilla de sus vida, <strong>cuidado con eso!!!!<\/strong><br \/>\nPracticamente hoy d\u00eda no hay diferencia entre los hombres y las mujeres, todos queremos vernos y sentirnos mejor!<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, dentro de lo que es mi profesi\u00f3n de toda la vida, he ido agregando distintas alternativas para poder ofrecerles\u00a0mejores tratamientos y consejos y asi poder ayudar a estas personas a mejorar su \u00e1nimo, su esp\u00edritu y que tengan\u00a0alta su autoestima, que es muy importante para hacernos sentir mejor.<br \/>\n<strong>Por eso amig@s, es imporante siempre, dedicarnos a algo mas que pensar que los a\u00f1os nos est\u00e1n aplastando.<\/strong><br \/>\nDebemos hacer actividades fisicas, dependiendo del gusto de cada persona, yoga, aerobic, tai chi, biodanza&#8230;.Reiki\u00a0o cualquier actividad que nos mejore, eleve y nos haga crecer \u00a0a nivel espiritual.<br \/>\nEsas actividades, ser\u00e1n las que nos hagan sentir que nuestro cuerpo, aun puede hacerlo y tambi\u00e9n que se mantenga \u00e1gil.<br \/>\nY por favor!!!&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; nunca dejen de vestirse bien, maquillarse un poco las mujeres, siempre estar pendientes de mantener\u00a0nuestra piel hidratada y limpia&#8230;.. no tener sobrepeso &#8230;&#8230; \u00a0y tratar de viajar lo mas que puedan, ya que disponemos \u00a0del tiempo para hacerlo y tenemos que aprovecharlo al m\u00e1ximo!
